Tennyson had studied the occult and used his knowledge to bombard the object with all manner of energies. He was able to create a being he called Dreamkiller. He was able to control the monster and establish a psychic rapport with it. They had two brief encounters with Darkhawk and escaped, their whereabouts are unknown.
