Known Powers:
Mist Body: Backlash can turn himself into a mistform which is immune
 to physical and energy attacks (but not Psi and Magical). He can attack
 in this state by forcing his way into a characters lungs and suffocating
 him, causing Rm damage each round. The victim will pass out if an End
 FEAT is failed.
Psi-Whips: Backlash can form whips of psionic energy from both his
 hands that can attack characters up to 1 area away. They do In
 psionic damage (body armor has no effect). The victim must make
 a Psyche FEAT or be at -3CS for 1-10 rounds. Backlash can also
 grapple with the whips for In damage with Rm strength.
