Alpha Flight #7

Summary: Flex runs into a pink amorphous blob while going to the bathroom of Department H at night. Mac tries to bridge the gap between him and Heather, but Murmur has her eye on him. Puck is brainwashed to forget last issue's Sasquatch revelation. General Clark is on his turn spied upon by ManBot. Sunfire seems to be burning himself up. Flex is looking for his real parents. Radius eats an apple (and is later evelopped by the Pink Blob and brought back to his room.) And Department H is planning to open the Weapon X files.

Known Powers:
The Pink Sentinel (there are probably more) is a creation of Department H. It's a transparent, Amoeba-like, pink blob that has exhibited the follwing abilties:
-Levitation: Rm(30)
-Flight: Mn(75)
-Intangibility: Un(100), the sentinel is unaffected by physical attacks and other attacks that require touch. He has Rm protection against energy attacks.
-Engulf: The sentinel 'attacks' with Am ability to engulf up to 1 human sized target. Once captured the target can only escape by succeeding in a Strength FEAT vs. Am intensity. While inside the creature the target is also affected by the blob's intangibility.
-Teleport: Ex(20)
-Sensors: the sentinel's observe the Apha's and probably have means to pass these observation on to their controlers (if any).

Deadpool #13

Summary: Typhoid Mary pushes Deadpool over the edge by impersonating Siryn and also the discovery that Blind Al secretly has contact with Weasel doesn't help. Deadpool decides to continue with his plans to confront T-Ray and Zoe Culloden who wants to stop them is somehow twarted by the enigmatic old man Gerry. So Deadpool is seriously beaten by T-Ray.

Known Powers:
-Body Armor: T-Ray's hardened skin gives him Ty protection vs. physical attacks.
-Hart-less: T-Ray's hart was somehow torn out by Deadpool years ago but apparently he cheated death. T-Ray is now unaffected by direct Kill results although loss of enough health may still kill him. He does however gets +3CS to Endurance regarding checks for survival.
-Magic: T-Ray uses an unidentified type of magic which uses rice-paper sheets with chinese symbols. It is not known if he can run out of those paper but it is suggested that he has 1d100 before each encounter. He gets a -1 initiative penalty using these papers. He has so far exhibited the following although he probably has access to much more at Ex to In intensity: (these cannot be interrupted except by a Bullseye result on the rice-paper.)
--Pyrokinesis: In fire damage upon contact with the paper.
--Weapon Creation: He can use his papers to create Am material strength weapons doing In damage. When he somehow looses contact with his weapon it reverts back to paper form after 1 round.
--Energy Barrage: He can transform the paper into energy that he can blow at an opponent. The energy barrage cover a large area which gives the target -4CS on his dodge. The energy inflicts Rm damage.
--Healing: Put on a wound he can heal In damage.
--Weather Control: By throwing a paper in the air he can create an Am intensity storm which starts at Ex intensity and increases +1CS each round. Use of this power costs 1 round and he can also use the storm to fly with Gd ability.
--Energy Bolts: Throw up to 2 bolts of In intensity magical energy bolts up to 2 areas away.
--Plasma Beasts: He can shoot forth up to 4 plasma snake-like creatures that can eat through up to Am material and inflict Am damage each. (max of 2 beasts at each target).
--Teleport: Am, costs 2 rounds.

Uncanny X-Men #352

Summary: On their way to Alaska, Cyclops and Phoenix's plane is ambushed by AIM who are trying to capture a creature from another dimension that had been captured by government (Department H) agents and put in a booby-trapped container on board of the plane. The creature defends itself by controling the emotions of his attackers and the passengers on the plane but when Phoenix manages to defeat the AIM agents and calm the creature it saves the plane by calming the pilots and passengers. It return to its cage and is later taking away by Department H

Summary: The history between Val Cooper and WildChild is revealed (he was her first mutant case) while WildChild himself starts mutating further. Sabretooth drops in, but when a government team tries to capture the both of them, they flee (not together). BR> Next Issue: Shard, X.U.E, Mystique, Havok, Ever, Black Beast and Fatale

X-Force #74

Summary: After his death in the previous issue, Warpath's soul gets caught in BlackHeart's Hell where the soul of Stryfe also dwells. BlackHeart had promised him his life back if he could break Warpath's spirit. But still a link between Warpath and the living world existed because of Siryn's attempts at reviving James's body and meanwhile Dani, Tabitha and Bobby are led to BlackHeart's Hell by Brunnhilde, one of the Valkyrie. Here they are soundly beaten by Stryfe and BlackHeart but they manage to fuel James's resolve to beat Stryfe, who had been responsible for his family's massacre. In the end BlackHeart revealed that the entire plan was to give Stryfe a glimmer of hope toward freedom and then reign him in again, increasing his terror. In the end, X-Force managed to return to the land of the living (along with James) through the link Siryn established.

Known Powers:
Sryfe is a clone of Cable who has not been affected by the Techno-organic virus. He therefore has full access to his psionic abilities. Stryfe was killed by Cable during the executioner's song, his spirit later possesed Tyler (Cable's son) but Stryfe is currently being held captive and tortured by BlackHeart. It is unlikely Stryfe will ever be resurrected but you never know. His spirit form does however still posses the same abilities as his living form up to even the armor:

Summary: The X-Men suffer internal problems which come to a climax in a battle between Wolverine and Marrow. Meanwhile Sabra drops in on Gabriella Haller with the anouncement that Magneto is back and he isn't Erik Lensherr. In Sibiu, Romania, the real Magneto kills the forger that supplied him with the Erik Lensherr identity to protect his secret.
