Energy levels, transition frequencies and Einstein A coefficients were taken from JPL. The collisional rates are taken from Green & Chapman (1978) and were calculated for temperatures in the range from 10 to 100 K including energy levels up to J=12 for collisions with H2. Extrapolation to include energy levels up to J=99 for temperatures between 10 and 500 K has been made. For details on the extrapolation see Schöier et al. (2005).
