Claiming the subsidy
The subsidy (or the claimed part of it) will be paid upon
presentation, not later than 1 month after return, of a statement of
expenses.
This statement should
- list ALL expenses and provide (copies of) the most important
bills (travel, accommodation, registration fee, etc.)
- indicate clearly how much is claimed from the LKBF
- indicate how the expenses that are not subsidized by the LKBF
will be covered
The final claim should be in Euro's; expenses paid in other
currency should be converted
Please give details of the bank account into which the
subsidy must be paid
The subsidy will only be paid if the claim has been
properly signed !
