The administrative support of the Sterrewacht includes two management assistants, Jeanne Drost and Kirsten Groen, as well two secretaries, Liesbeth van der Veld and Anita van der Tang. Their offices are in the Oort Building. Entering room 551 is a must for any newcomer. Here you can obtain information about the Sterrewacht and keys to your room and to the building. They will also arrange a visit to the Personnel Department (ms Yvonne Kluijt, extension 5174). Apart from keys, the secretariat can provide you with office supplies as pencils, paper, cd's, etc.
To all four applies: they know the answers to most practical and perhaps not so practical questions.
